Before – The contract originally called for removal and replacement of the steps. A tunnel was discovered under the steps, and you can see concrete was used to fill the hole created. 
The architect recommended MG-Krete™. 
The steel bullnoses were removed, and the steps were brushed clean, swept and MG-Krete installed. 
MG-Krete™ was the repair product of choice.
